I take crunchy tortilla chips and dust them with rub and then some bbq sauce and then cheese sauce and then meat and then MORE cheese sauce and more bbq sauce and then some Wicked Pickles (they're awesome!!) and of course some obligatory sour cream.

Our pork is slow-smoked for 6-8 hours, mixed with a set of flavors to represent ALL of the U.S.A.!! Mix that with one or all or none of our sauces and you’ll be wanting to hug your fellow American at the end!!
